Presence. Students are  required to be present at no less than 70% of the classes. We check presence at each class.

Mid-terms: there will be 2 mid-terms of 20 points, the first one on October the 20th and the second one on December the 1st.

The necessary condition of completing the course – in addition to the presence requirement explained above – is to reach at least 8 points on each mid-term.

Exam: The exam will be oral, based on the theoretical material covered in class (a maximum of 60 points).

Course grade: The total score is the sum of the scores earned on mid-terms and on the exam. Based on the total score, the final grade is determined by the scheme:

0-⁠39 points: 1 (Fail),
40-⁠54 points: 2,
55-⁠69 points: 3,
70-⁠84 points: 4,
85-⁠100 points: 5.
